Incredible results from Grand Master Chan’s advice
In 2015, Grand Master Chan took students to a plot with two villas on it for a practical case study. One of the villas belonged to the uncle and one to the nephew. The clients had asked for help to improve their financial situation.
Advice was given to introduce a boundary to separate both properties, to balance the external form. Then each plot was given recommendations on how to improve their overall Feng Shui. The nephew followed all of Grand Master Chan’s advice to the letter, hence obtaining the better results.
Grand Master Chan also advised the nephew to relocate the large swimming pool to the Southeast. Whilst they applied for planning permission for a new swimming pool, they created a small pond which incorporated a water feature in the Southeast, which is seen from the front door. They also added some fish. After a few months, they started to sell some of the flats from one of their property developments that had been blocked for years.
They then decided to cover up the original swimming pool with a large metallic shaped structure that blocked the view of the water. Within a short space of time, they received a very large sum of money from a settlement in a long-running court case with a bank.
Relocating water to the correct place proved to be very beneficial for them. As Grand Master Chan’s always says: “A bit of water can kill and a bit of water can make you rich”.
