Choosing the correct using element is a major responsibility and has to be correct. Grand Master Chan created this course to offer a deeper level of understanding of the characteristics of the 5 elements and their relationship with the 4 seasons. The yin and yang aspects of each element are considered in depth in order to identify the appropriate use of an element within a chart. For example yin wood can be cut and it will grow back whereas yang wood when cut is finished. The impact of the Sap San Fairies are illustrated through a series of Chinese Poems created by Grand Master Chan to help facilitate the choice of the correct using and main source elements. This deeper level of understanding of an element enables a consultant to recognise personal traits and characteristics in a client in order to advise on the strengths to be utilised and the weaknesses to be avoided in all aspects of life. These principles are illustrated through a series of working examples that include Special Forms.
This course is invaluable not only as a prerequisite to the attendance of Ba Zi 5 but also in the deepening of the understanding of our Chue Feng Shui principles as the parallels between Ba Zi and Feng Shui become even more evident.
